Reservations can be made up to six months in advance. Please make reservations by phone or online.
(e.g., reservations for July 31 can be made from February 1; reservations for August 1 can be made from March 1). August 1 can be reserved from March 1).
The number of months and days available for reservation varies depending on the affiliated reservation site. ]

We do not accept tentative reservations or waiting lists.
Reservations will not be accepted if the date of your stay has not been confirmed.
If there are no vacancies on the Internet, please call us or check again on a later date.

We also accept check-in procedures, but depending on how crowded the room is, we may only be able to check in your luggage.

Our hotel operates on a deposit in advance system. Please pay the room charge by cash, credit card, QR code payment or e-money upon check-in on the day of your stay.

Please inquire with the front desk staff for information on QR code payment and electronic money that can be used.
In principle, checks, traveler's checks, and gift certificates from credit card companies are not accepted.
Other charges such as telephone charges must be settled at the front desk on the day of check-out.

Room charge + service charge per person is ¥10,000 or more - ¥15,000 or more Tokyo accommodation tax of 100 yen.
The meal portion of the fee is not taxable.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so there are no specific hours.
Please contact the hotel if your reservation is made after 22:00 on the day of your arrival, or if there are any major changes from the time you reserved.
If we do not hear from the customer well after the scheduled arrival time, we may contact the customer. Please note that if we cannot contact you or you do not contact us, we may cancel your reservation (no-show) and sell the room to another guest on the same day.

We can show you to your room after 15:00, even if your arrival time is earlier.
During cleaning hours (10:00-15:00), we are not available. Only luggage storage and check-in procedures will be accepted.
If you have requested deodorization and have indicated an early arrival schedule, please understand that your room may not have been deodorized yet.

Luggage should arrive 2 days before or on the day of your stay. Please write the name of the guest and the date of stay on the name of the item on the slip.
Our contracted courier company is Yamato Transport. If you plan to return the package to the sender on the day of check-out, we recommend "round-trip delivery".
Return shipping is less expensive and easier when you return your parcel.
We do not accept parcels shipped to our hotel. Please pay in advance.
Please be aware that the arrival of your parcel may be delayed by weather, disasters, or other factors.

If you have already paid for your items, we will keep them.

We will accept guests' luggage after check-out as long as it is picked up by the end of the day.

We are sorry, but we basically do not accept rooms that do not need to be cleaned every day. For hygiene reasons, we clean the rooms once every two days, as they are used by an unspecified number of guests.
If you are returning early, please let us know in advance at the front desk and we will have your room cleaned by the time you return.

We are sorry, but we do not have rooms for pets. We also do not accept therapy dogs.
Guests with care dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are allowed to use the facilities. However, we will confirm the certificate in advance.

Meeting between guests using the hotel and visiting guests in their rooms is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry is also strictly prohibited. Please use the lobby on the 2nd floor for visiting guests.

Both wireless and wired Internet access is available. There is no communication fee. The line will be HIKARI NEXT.
LAN cables are available for rent. Please inquire at the front desk upon check-in. (There is a limit to the number of cables that can be lent.)
Please ask the front desk for the password for the wireless LAN.
You can receive e-mails, but some of your providers may not be able to send e-mails to prevent spam (port 25B). Please set up port 587. If you still cannot send e-mails, please contact your provider.
Some overseas residents may not be able to connect depending on their provider.
